Regional Housing Legal Services (RHLS)

Client Challenge: RHLS provides a wealth of services in the areas of affordable housing and economic development throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, they had no web site to support their efforts. They came to Neptune Moon for a dynamic site which would project their image, provide resources for their visitors, and encourage online donations.

Neptune Moon Solution: Neptune Moon developed an image for RHLS which encompassed the services they offer, the people they serve, and the donors and funders who support them. Site navigation was structured to lead visitors easily through the three main areas of service provided by RHLS. User paths were created to streamline the web experience for the organization’s four target audiences.

Proven Results: The site immediately produced significant visitor traffic which has continued to increase steadily over time.
